    Is Silverscript a free standing benefit or is it tied to a health care program?

    CVS/Caremark provides for all active and retirees up to 65.
    Retirees over 65 are serviced by SilverScript.
    All prescription benefits are attached to healthcare plans and not provided as a “stand alone” option through the City.
