The City of Baltimore has announced that Open Enrollment for Baltimore City Health Benefits will be Friday, October 19, 2018 through
Friday, November 2, 2018.Employee Benefits will be sending documents to the address provided on your Earning Statement
(Pay Stub). Please send all address corrections via email to bcfd.hr@baltimorecity.gov to ensure all
open enrollment documents arrive promptly. Please include your first and last name and old and
new address in the email request.
