The hearing has been scheduled for February 4, 2021 at 0900 hours. All cases set for that date are given that start time, so we do have a case in front of us.
The hearing will be conducted remotely. Viewing is available to the public. Here is the info on how to watch the oral argument:
The arguments will be live streamed and can be watched at the Court of Appeals Live Webcast https://mdcourts.gov/coappeals/webcasts page, so you can keep track of how arguments in the preceding case are proceeding and predict when you will be moved into the meeting.
