On Friday, November 2, 2018, Plaintiffs cross-examined the former Plan Executive Director, Mr. Thomas Taneyhill. Following the testimony of Mr. Taneyhill, the City called its actuary expert, Adam J. Reese, to the stand. The City’s direct examination of Mr. Reese lasted several hours and Plaintiffs’ cross-examination of Mr. Reese concluded the trial day.
