Why are the coins $5.oo more for Retirees than Active members ?? Personally, I think there the price should be the same !!

Chief, I whole heartily agree.
It is incredulous act by our union to charge 50% more to retirees.
Why, what justification can be made to charge those who make less, such an increase?
What happened?

Maybe some may be brought to the retirees meeting and be sold there. Save on postage. I thought the same thing when I was the prices.

Gentlemen…
Challenge coins are $10 each for L-964 members and ALL FD Retirees. Somehow the Newsletter pricing got messed up. We have had the coins at the Oct, Nov and Dec Retirees Meetings, but I was unable to attend the January Meeting due to a family commitment. I’m sorry for any confusion. We will have them at the February Retirees Meeting.
