    It is with much sadness that The Baltimore City Retired Fire Officers and Fire Fighters Association announces the passing of Captain Franklin John Walker Formerly of Engine 32

    Fire Department Service 37 Years 3 Months 12 Days

    On Retirement 26 Years 9 Months 30 Days

    Retirees Association Member 26 Years 9 Months 14 Days

    Age 86 Years 7 Months 6 Days

    Date of Passing April 25, 2020

    Rest in Peace John

    A memorial service will be held at future date!

    It’s very important to keep in touch with your friends and coworkers!!!

    John was my 1st Captain when I was assigned to B shift at the old Engine 32 @ 14 S. Gay St. He was a good, no B.S. Captain who taught me a lot. Later I would appreciate what a good and decent man he was. God Bless you Brother. My condolences to the family.
