    On January 17, 2021 THOMAS PATRICK “MAC” MCCURDY retired 35 year Baltimore City Firefighter. He is the beloved husband of Virginia McCurdy and father of Robert and Brian McCurdy, loving grandfather of the late Brandon McCurdy, dear brother of Paula Villa.

    Friends may call at The Johnson-Fosbrink Funeral Home P.A., 8521 Loch Raven Blvd. (beltway exit 29B) on Wednesday, January 20th from 4 to 7p.m. (There may be a wait to enter building due to size limits). Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 21st at 11a.m. at Moreland Memorial Park. Donations may be made in his memory to Baltimore Firefighters Widow and Orphans Fund, 1202 Ridgely St. Balto., MD 21230 or Friends of Baltimore County Cats, P.O. Box 57 Butler, MD 21023.

      OBITUARY

    Phillips, Joseph E. Jr.
    On August 30, 2020 Joseph (Joey) Phillips Jr.. Beloved son of Joseph J. Phillips Sr. and the late
    Nancy (nee Kriete) Phillips. Loving brother of Karen Schneider and Brenda Kaufman. Cherished
    uncle of Jennifer Beitler, Amanda Kaufman, Daniel Kaufman and Lexi Gagnet. Also survived by
    many other caring relatives and many friends.
    Visitation will be held in St. Clement Church 2700 Washington Ave. Halethorpe, Md. 21227 on
    Wednesday from 11:00 AM till 12:00 Noon at which time a Funeral Mass will be offered. Interment
    will follow with Military Honors in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
    Please check back for more information and please kindly wear a mask in church during the
    visitation and Funeral Mass

    Retirees over 65 are serviced by SilverScript.
    All prescription benefits are attached to healthcare plans and not provided as a “stand alone” option through the City.

    Unfortunately, to have an open Forum we need to require identification.

    We have completed another successful year of MDA Fill-the-Boot!
    Thank you to all of the members who endured the blazing heat to make a difference for those stricken with neuro-muscular disease.
    We are still planning a Fill-the-Boot collection at Camden Yards during an upcoming Orioles game. We will keep you informed when the date is confirmed.
