Pension Update from Robert Klausner:

On September 30th, the lawyers for the active members and retirees filed our opening brief in the Court of Special Appeals challenging certain portions of the circuit court decision in the pension litigation. This is the first of four briefs that will be filed before the case goes to a hearing. It was the product of substantial group effort and sets forth all of the places where it is the belief the trial judge made legal errors, both in the amount of damages which should have been awarded and in the failure to provide relief to the active employees.
