Franklin John Walker Sr.
SEPTEMBER 22, 1933 – APRIL 25, 2020
On April 25, 2020 Franklin “John” Walker, Sr. passed away. He was the beloved husband of the late Patricia Margaret Walker (nee Montague); devoted father of Franklin John Walker, Jr. and his wife Deborah, James Robert Walker and his wife Mary, and Sharon Denise Morabito and her husband Frederick; loving grandfather of Franklin John Walker, III, Daniel James Walker and his wife Rebecca, Joshua Andrew Morabito and his wife Katie, Danielle Elizabeth Morabito and her fiancé Theo Page, Meredith Ashley Walker and her significant other Matthew Black, and Adam James Walker; cherished great-grandfather of Luke Valentine Morabito, William Frederick Morabito, and Oliver James Walker; dear brother of Dorothy Flynn and her husband Everett and Betty Walker. John was predeceased by four siblings.Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 9705 Belair RD, Nottingham, MD 21236, on Friday, August 21, 2020, from 10am to 12pm; at which time a memorial service will begin. Inurnment will follow at Parkwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John’s name to the National Processing Center- Alzheimer’s Association, P.O Box 96011, Washington DC 20090-6011 Condolences may be left for the family at http://www.schimunekfuneralhomes.com
