Has anyone viewed this footage? If so, what do you think of it?
I have questions about some statements made by representatives… Mainly, the statement “that BCFD is a team effort and no one is expected to raise a 16′, 18′, or 24′ ladder by themselves.” Really??It brings into question : 1.”if someone does raise such ladders by themselves. Are they liable for NOI, Safety Violation, or non-compensatory Line-of-duty claim.
2. How does this relate to those who have been previously injured from attempting to “raise” such ladders by themselves.
