    “Ray” was a real asset to the Fire Communications Bureau! He was always available to handle minor electrical repairs, assist the “Line Gang” (if needed), etc. He always was looking for ways to help the BCFD. I am sure that he will be missed by the members of FCB and the members he worked with in the field that knew him and worked with prior to his assignment to FCB.
