    It is with much sadness that the Baltimore City Retired Fire Officers and Fire Fighters Association announces the passing of FF Richard E. Harper. formally of Engine 26.

    Fire Department Service 34 Years 1 Month 9 Days

    On Retirement 26 Years 5 Months 11 Days

    Retirees Association member 26 Years 5 Months 10 Days

    Age 83 Years 5 Months 9 Days

    Rest in Peace Richard

    Harper, On August 18, 2019 Richard “Ed”. Harper, father of Gina and Jodi, grandfather of Sarah, Derek and Taylor. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road PASADENA on Thursday 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at which time funeral services will be held. Interment Glen Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

    Worked with Richard briefly before his retirement, he was first acting man and well liked by all. Good thoughts and prayers go out to his family at this very sad time. Rest in Peace Richard with your Brothers past from 26 Engine, Lt. Cox, FF LaBarre, FF Sauble, FF Koerber, & FF Lunczyaski and many more.
