Obituary and Service
Henry William Washburn Sr. passed away on December 12, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Edna Washburn; devoted father of Linda Edwards (Chuck), Sharon Peregoy (Jim), Henry Washburn, Jr. (Michele), Dawn Knighton (Ed), Michael Washburn (Karen) and the late Nancy Miller (Anthony); dear grandfather of 13, great-grandfather of 28 , step great-grandfather of 5 and great-great grandfather of 2. Henry (Hank) loved his family, his friends, his faith, and his country. He served his country in the Navy (WW II), US Army and as a Baltimore City Firefighter. He will be dearly missed by all.
Family and friends are invited to call at the family owned and operated McCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A. 3204 Mountain Road Pasadena, Maryland 21122 on Wednesday December 16, 2020 from 10 AM until 1 PM. At which time we will process to Glen Haven Memorial Park for a Graveside Service with Military Honors that will begin at 1:30PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church 226 Washburn Avenue Baltimore, Maryland 21225.
